The Study Circle initiative represents a grassroots approach to civic education, bringing together community members from multiple districts to engage in meaningful dialogue about fundamental rights and responsibilities. These sessions, known locally as 'Pather Ashor' (Path of Hope), create safe spaces for participants to explore complex topics including gender equality, human rights, resource ownership, and climate justice. The program spans across Khuksha Bari Union Parishad in Nilphamari district, as well as Sundorpur, Mukundopur, and Mannatpur Union Parishads in Dinjapur district, ensuring broad geographic coverage and community representation.
