Programme Overview
Through this Call for Proposals-VI, the CEF seeks to:
✓ Support CSOs rooted in the disability rights movement;
✓ Advance inclusive and rights-based service delivery;
✓ Promote access to vocational training, economic empowerment, and policy advocacy;
✓ Ensure that persons with disabilities—especially those from historically marginalised groups—are empowered as leaders, decision-makers, and active participants in shaping Bangladesh’s development agenda.

- Promote economic empowerment through skill development and job placement
